Some things to
know before practicing:
1 Do not try and
hurt your partner (you need them)
2 Learn to tap
(that means give up, something hurts, stop)
3 Before being
throw, learn to fall (learn from a teacher or the DVD course)
4 Do not snap the
arm in the wrong direction when applying a Straight Arm Bar
(to your partner)
5 Practice on
different size people. (attackers come in all shapes and
sizes)
6 Practice slow
until you have each technique memorized and mastered.
(practice at least
100 times each to use in real life, practice over 1,000 times
to master)

1 Rake Face
2 Kick Groin
3 Bring your
Captured hand up like you are looking at your palm
4 Reach under his
hand and capture it with your free hand
(Your fingers in
his palm and your thumb near his ring finger knuckle)
5 Wrist lock to the
Ground
6 Stomp Head
